Volunteer Reading Program

At City National Bank, colleagues are encouraged to take up to three hours of paid time off each month to read to students in schools. A unique partnership with The Wonder of Reading in Los Angeles provides colleagues with an intensive three-hour training session on how to read to and with children. Currently, over 100 colleagues participate in the program.
